I have an old YM2202. I am trying to get it to crank, I am not a mechanic, I am not much of a tinkerer. There is a push/pull cable? at the bottom of the dash, it says STOP. When I am trying to crank the tractor should this be pushed-in or pulled-out? AND what exactly does this thing do...
