I have searched far and wide and have never found an air filter to fit exactly apart from the OEM. Oil filter, fuel filter no problem. Just not air filter.

A little late in replying so probably all been sorted by now. The 5 pin device that plugs in at the fuse block on my FT404 is the voltage regulator.

Unscrew the plug and fill via the breather pipe. There should be a dipstick close to the breather pipe. I also have a FT404, 2007 model.

Thorough feedback. I have had the odd problem with mine, and as with you, if you can do a few things yourself you can literally save $$thousands.

The main factor in tractor rollovers is tractor design above all else. Safety of cars has improved vastly over the last 50 years while tractor manufacturers just carry on turning out the same basic layout. You would want a safe car for your kids to drive but we still put up with unsafe tractors...
