hi.i have a 3215 tlb.400 hours.the starting problem.when turning to the start pos.just clicks.click enough then it will start.had the starter checked.its o.k.when it clicks low voltage at the starter replaced the key switch,no change.found a bank of small relays under the dash.saw one arcing...
