I don’t understand how someone thinks 10% of the population controls the vote.

It seems that people who don’t live in CA think everyone lives in San Francisco or LA which has the worst reputation. Those cities are less than 10% of CA population and DO NOT reflect the quality of life addressed by most of the population

CALSTRS is CA teachers retirement system. I belong to CALPERS which is all other CA employees other than teachers. It includes municipal, first responders etc. Currently CALPERS is the largest retirement system in the country with assets od $466 Billion. Last years investment produced 5.66%...

I now live north of JT but we have similar rainfall. 2020 - 5.1”, 2021 - 3.82”, 2022 - 6.27”, 2023 8.19” and 3.76” so far this year. We won’t have any more rain until the monsoons in August
