    Odd Grapple Behavior

I would reach out to WR Long. I'm sure they would have an idea what's going on with it. Before you do that, have you checked all your switch wiring to ensure nothing is chafed/shorting? I also could be the switch itself.

    Fixed - Grease zerk replacement.

I've had a few of those. In each case, I pulled the pin and removed the rock-hard grease from the passages in the pin. The zerk usually works fine, it's the dried grease that blocks things.

2665- keeps gaining oil in the crankcase. Any other sources other than Hyd Pump?

The Ft seal on the pump was soaking wet, as suspected. I also suspect there was leakage between the two pumps, as the power steering improved quite a bit, and lost a lot of the funky noises it used to make while turning the wheel. The old pump looks rebuildable, or at least disassemble-able...

WTB: roof for Mahindra 2600 series cab model

Still looking for a top- Anyone know of good salvage yards for Mahindras?

2665- keeps gaining oil in the crankcase. Any other sources other than Hyd Pump?

Pump went in yesterday, it's a different tractor now. all better. The Ebay unit is identical to the OEM, no issues whatsoever swapping it out. The pump has a rubber spider that meshes with the drive gear, so 3 hoses, 4 bolts and it's out. One more thing- There is a grease nipple on the ft...

FEL bucket goes spongy after warming up

A new hydraulic pump seems to have solved the issue. No more weird noises from the steering and the hydraulics have found new strength. It's a tandem pump, one side for power steering and the other for general hydraulics. Beside the front seal leaking like a sieve, I think one side of the pump...

2665- keeps gaining oil in the crankcase. Any other sources other than Hyd Pump?

Plugged the part number into the Google, and found a replacement pump for about half what Mahindra wants on fleabay. It's coming from India, so I know it's authentic! Will pop it in and see how it does. Looks to be an identical match, so far...

    DIY hydraulic pressure relief couplers

Hmm, not sure how this got here, I was replying in the thread that's discussing these gizmos. $125 for a pair of ISO connectors with a t handle screw seems a bit pricey to me...

2600 series cab model- front turn signal wire- Where is it?

Found it, well hidden out the bottom. There are two clear plastic hoses for AC drains, it was cleverly braided in between. Don't forget to tie off a stout string to the old one when you pull it out- You'll need a bit of fiddling to get the new one past those hoses.

2600 series cab model- front turn signal wire- Where is it?

Had a run-in with sapling on my 2665. Mashed the ft left signal. Got a new one. Rather than a simple plug at the back of the lamp assy, I get a 3 foot longish cord with bullet connectors. looks like it comes across that front frame piece that separates the upper and lower front glass. It's...

    DIY hydraulic pressure relief couplers

For you DIY folks, I found a set of 1/2" Ag couplers on Amazon for ~$16. Find an NPT reducer bushing, drill/ tap the inside diameter to the desired screw thread (1/4-20 sounds about right) and add a bolt, T-bolt, whatever your preference for a lower cost version...

    Ac compressor repair.

Are you saying the clutch drops out after the compressor runs for a bit, or are you saying the whole thing locks up solid and stops turning, smoking the belt? The former is more easily solved than the latter.

2665- keeps gaining oil in the crankcase. Any other sources other than Hyd Pump?

Yeah, I figured as much. After looking at the diagrams a bit more, I realized there is a gear drive in there, too, which also has a pulley on the fan belt outside. Weird, as the belt appears to be driven by the crank, too. I guess that little pump needs all the help it can get. Any lube oil to...

2665- keeps gaining oil in the crankcase. Any other sources other than Hyd Pump?

Found it, exactly per the dwh. Can sorta reach it through the rt wheel well. I'll put a wire through it tomorrow, but everything looks pretty clean under there.

2665- keeps gaining oil in the crankcase. Any other sources other than Hyd Pump?

As per the dwg I posted earlier, the pump drive is integral to the ft cover, and the pump bolts in behind, engaging the drive dogs. it's straightforward (Hah, I know) to undo the 4 bolts, 2 lines and slide the pump out. Not sure what's wet behind that cover, but given what just happened to me, I...
