That is about the same bleed down time as my BH92 hoe. Kubota is notorious for leaky spool valves, so don't necessarily blame the cylinders.

Bleeding down in 5 hours really isn’t a big deal and it may still do it after repairs. Use the boom lock and don’t worry about it.
