Here's something you might want to try first. Amazon.com Blue devil hydraulic leak seal.I had a leak in my tractor that would have needed to split tractor to repair. Used this and with in running the tractor for an hour it sealed the leak and has not returned might be worth a shot.

If its one and a half years old it should be under warranty.

With my RK21 the only lights that are on while running are the brake lights when the parking brake is set. There is nothing lit on dash.

I too had a problem with my leds blinking, replaced one of the leds with a Incandescent bulb and they no longer blink. Has to do with the leds charging and discharging.
