I have looked thru the topics and found a post from June 2018 for a leak that happens to be the same as mine 4 years later. The denso number is unavailable with nothing to supercede it.

To replace hydro filter 19682581000 is now crossed to wix 10362 and Napa 499362. I get employee pricing but the cost is lower than dealer.
My other hydro filter 10382585000 is still dealer only as of may 22
