Whenever i run my 1110d with throttle about 3/4 open and in a good pull, i hear a tinging. I think it is coming from the valves. Is this normal? Can the valves be adjusted? Also, on very cold starts, the tinging is louder, but "dissapears" at the right idle.

Is it normal to hear a clacking noise while moving around in high range? The tractor has 3 ranges, and whenever I want to scoot across the yard in 3rd range, i hear an annoying clacking in the transmission. The tractor pulls just fine though. And... whenever I take it out of gear up top, but...

Can you clean the transmission fluid filter on a yanmar w/o draining the fluid, or is the fluid level above the line, and if you take it off to get to the filter, will fluid go everywhere? I just want to check the filter for trash and see if the fluid needs changing. thanks, tractor

When I got my yanmar 1110d, it had a tiller on the back, which was great, until I took it off and tried to put on the bars for 3pt. hookup. I just purchased a ym 1110d 4wd tractor for only $1600. Did I get a good buy? So far, I like it except for I can't read the Japanese stickers on it. I didn't get an owners manual, so I'm not so sure how much oil it takes, or transmission fluid. What does "TS" stand for on the ignition switch...
