Problem solved....Went back out and checked everything I could and discovered the PTO lever was engaged. Positioned it to off and oh my, the old gal cranked right up.

Thanks Carl. I'll check all this. All the lights work and the voltage is correct. I guess it could be the safety switches but all worked just fine a few days ago when it did start.
