I have a 2310 tlb. If I take the back hoe off it will drift down in a few hours to were the out riggers are laying flat. Is this normal? I cant find any leaks. If I leave it on the tractor the boom drifts down within hours also. Is this normal?

I have about 52 hours on mine and i notice that the seat is tearing at both sides were the metal brackets are bolted to seat on the sides. You can feel the metal inside the seat. Is this normal, or is it that there is not enough padding in there?
