Can anyone recommend a source for a quality rebuild kit?

Does anyone know where I'd be able to find parts or an entire kit for this tractor. I tried to find them online and in Steiner's catalog but was unsuccessful.

I have a 1990 970 that I need two rear rims for. The tires that are on the tractor now are 12.4x28 on 11'rim. I'm seeing all 12x28 6 loop rims. Will they work or am I missing something?

Do they all come standard with a block heater or is this an option?
