Hi, just purchased a 1950 JD model B..it runs great, had the distributor rebuilt and carb tuned. The question is, when I run the tractor in 5th gear and go down a grade in the road, the tractor idles down even with the throttle lever in 3/4 open. Is the govener kicking in, or is it starving for...
