what fluid do I use on massey 65 diesel and do I just fill it thru the little bolt hole on the pump reservoir thanks

I noticed todat the rear rim on my 65 massey has a rusted out area and is leaking fluid and tire is flat. do I repair rim or replace the are the spin lock type ?? who sells new ones thanks

I have ground that is like concrete the backhoe operater had a tough time digging in it. His dozer would not cut it I need to break it up to drop elevation about 18" over a 50'x 40' are someareas only a couple inches. I was wondering if a sub soiler behind my massey 65 would do it ?
