Dealer called me back this morning. Service man made it fail 3 time in a row!!! Put it on a small incline. Pop'd out of middle gear, yep 3 times in a row. Send this forum to as many people as you can.
This morning I talked to dealer and they said I was using the 4 wheel drive to much. the front wheels spin faster than rear tires so when I turn any little slip of rear tire is causing it to pop out of gear. Dealer drove it around shop area on level ground for 4 hours and couldn't make it fail...

Dealer says they have to tear rear end apart to fix something like that. Does that make sense?
Again, Dealer says linkage and gear shift on outside is OK.
the tractor has three ranges (Gears). Low, medium and high or Snail, turtle and rabbit. Dealer says linkgage is good. Gear shift always pops forward into neutral. There is a neutral posistion between the gears.
