Yes, you are exactly right. It was bear to get everything off to get to the o-ring but it was just as difficult to try to get it back together without the O-Ring falling out. If not for the grease I don't think I could have ever gotten it back together.
It is all back together now and yes, it...
Thanks for taking the time to reply and for the great information. I have the same 2024 TL750 and was looking for someone I could bounce things off of. I wish I could send you a private message but I don't see that option. Maybe we don't have enough post to do that. I would love to be able...
Yes, I believe that is my problem. Thanks a ton for posting the video. I got the replacement seals but am wondering if it is too much of a job for me to handle. Not much working from under there. Thanks again for taking the time to reply to my post!
My old John Deere backhoe may have puked its last meal. I was finishing up about an hours worth of work with it the other day and as I picked up the bucket and the outriggers to move it, it sprang a leak. It is not coming from any of the hoses I can see. I took the floor up and still cant...
I have a Mahindra 4530 with a ML245 FEL. Probably made around 2010. One of the the bucket/tilt cylinders is leaking so I took it off and took it to have the seals replaced. The shop told me it wouldn't do much good to repair it because there is some pitting on the shaft and the new seals...

Unfortunately, these dang Mahindra zerks are different. I have two different large multipaks of zerks. This one is not stopped up it is broke off. It is on the bottom of the front axle. To be honest, I am not even sure what it does. When it broke off gear oil from the front axle leaks out...
I know this is an old thread but I am still having problems finding grease zerks for my Mahindra 4530. I am specifically looking for the one that goes where the 4wd front drive shaft comes in to the front axle.
Can anyone help?
Okay, that new link worked. I found the part. Only $12, that isnt bad. I guess I will try to get that collar loose and see how much room i have to deal with. I really don't want to have to take it loose from the rear also.
This gets me started and now I know 100% more than I did a couple...
For some reason I am blocked from that mahindra parts page. Says....
