I know this thread is pretty old by now, question for you though? Does the 4 bolts around the bottom of the shifter come off and the bottom of this NAPPA boot slide in there? Or does it just slide overtop of that plate? It kinda looks like a zip tie around the bottom of your boot but I can’t...
