I'm trying to install a new seal kit for my 400x bucket cylinder on my JD 4520 but I can't remove the shaft. I've removed the top snap ring but when I pull on the rod it seems to have another ring that is catching on the inside grove near the top of the cylinder. I can move the rod up and down...
