The 3pt hitch on my 255 will not hold implement in the raised position when clutch is depressed. The 3pt hitch up untill just recently would stay up, even overnight now it lowers immediatly. It shouldn't be the rings in the cylinder something might be stuck!

I'm new to the site so this has probably been discussed already (couldn't find on a search though). The 3pt hitch will not stay up when the clutch is depressed or the tractor is turned off, no matter what position the levers are in. My shop manual should be arriving any day now but any thoughts...
