Working on a NH TC30d, The hydrostatic transmission has extremely high pressure. It is blowing the O-ring out of the filter when the tractor is throttled up. As long as the disconnect is held down it can be run @ full throttle with no issue. Anyone have an idea?

I have a TC 30 4X4 Hydro, was working fine until it was shut off after brush hogging. Started it back up and blew the hydo filter o ring out. Put on a new filter and toped off with hydraulic fluid and restarted. Worked fine @ idle but did it again at 1/2 throttle. Acts like it has a restriction...
