Pretty sure I figured out the problem, 3 point cylinder is rusty and the piston was stuck at the front of the cylinder

The loader works great so I would assume I have hydraulic pressure

Thanks for all the replies, I'll start checking things tomorrow morning when I get back to my shop. something I forgot to mention, it doesn't have any of the 3 point arms on it so wonder if because there's no weight on it to pull it downward? I ordered a new hitch kit but until that gets here...
