Can anyone identify the make and model of this 9 rotary cutter. I picked it up for a $100. One of the gear boxes needs repairing and I need a tail wheel but everything else is in working order.

Why do I need it? It seems to make the setup more difficult. If the soil is tilled really well can I just remove the shovel attachment?

I can’t find a model number anywhere on this tractor. Here is some more data I’ve found. Stamped on opposite side from where the serial number is C7008. Manifold stamp is C5NE-9425-k below that is SM
