It doesn't immediately raise beyond the bottom of the free play area which I think is set correctly. I can pop it up with my toe or it will come up by itself after a little while. If I adjust the free play out it raises all the way.

Set the multimeter to 20 DC voltage. Check for battery drain.

Try attaching a multimeter to the fully charged battery. While attached is the drain noticeable? If so, remove fuses one at a time and observe if the drain stops. Any M9540 owners out there that might know the location of the 4wd switch that illuminates the indicator on the dash? I have the WSM and it shows the switch and how to troubleshoot it but not the location. Hoping not to remove the left rear tire to access? Currently the indicator light doesn't...
