Small rural farm in North East Texas. 2 acres of nice yard grass, 7 acres of field grass/ hay. Rest of the 4.5 acres is woods. The tractor will get a lot of use mowing and dragging out trees as I clean up the woods. My wife likes using this Summit as it is easy to drive and operate. Looking to possibly purchase the 36 HP with the full cab when it becomes available in 2024.
