Well I got the three point working with that under the seat plug removed and by working the control till oil came out.So that's a relief. Thx! I'm still not sure what that other lever is under there though. And there is blue paint under the yellow. Also scraped some more and found these #s 41123C

OK thanks for the responses! I checked the fluid level of the two plugs on the rt side behind the brake petals. There was fluid there. I then removed the plug under the seat, started the tractor and nothing came out. Can the pump be primed through there? Btw what s that other lever under the...
