I just purchased a 1972 John Deere 1520 w/2100 hours... really nice tractor!
My concern... there is a "whirring" sound coming from what I believe is the hydraulic pump (?), located behind the side panels in front.
The previous owner said that the sound is just the hydraulic pump, i.e...
