Hi, Bought a S370 Beaver and was going over it. I found one of the bolts snapped on the front differential to knuckle housing. There is about 1/8 to 1/4 gap between the two housings on the bottom. The top is touching. Both sides are about same. (see Pic) I'll have to pull the knuckle...

Manual is pretty worthless. 3-1 shows the spring. I just hooked it in the hole and the slots.
