Tractor won't move

Mitsubishi MT3201 non hydraulic shuttle shift. Tractor will not move act's like trans main shaft is broken,but it's not. Clutch works PTO fine. With tractor not running you can spin the starter and it will turn wheels . When motor is running it will not turn wheels.
