I bought the mower for cheap with no hydraulics working no drive or anything took it to the dealer and they replaced the hydro pump so not to sure the mower has almost 2000 hours so could be wear somewhere not sure

Hi all I have a kubota F1900 (same as a GF1800) that struggles to go up hills and will not go up any steep hills. The mower will just sit there and whine loudly when trying to go up a steep hill. I have changed the fluid and filter and cleaned the suction screen. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks for all the input everyone I ended up disassembling the hydraulic pump to find an o ring had come apart clogging some small channels in the pump. after blowing everything thing out and replacing the o rings shes back up and running now, thanks again everyone

Thanks for the reply it is a gear drive machine it also doesn’t have power steering or quick disconnects on the loader. The loader is a dodgy home made contraption there is just a line going Straight in from the valve block on the tranny and a line going out back into the valve block. See...

Not sure about a screen on the return side it looks like the hose just goes straight from hyd pump back into top of trannny

I’ve timed how long the hose takes to fill up a container it’s about 10LPM or 3GPM I’ve already cleaned the filter and all hoses look ok. It doesn’t have hyd remotes It seems to have good pressure and flow but just quits when under a load could it be the bypass valve?
