my 8600 ford tractor is leaking pwr steering fluid under the shifter gearbox. service manual doesnt cover this. could it be a hose or seal leak?

Hi Tractor Fokes, I'm Wade Stinson in Troy, Alabama. I am a retired teacher, disabled from an accident, and all country boy. I just bought a Ford 8600 and having trouble with leakage in the power steering and pto not engaging often. I'll be looking for advice so please be patient.
