    Toolcat and Rust

Thanks, all. I'm guessing that's the general consensus, namely the rust issues are based on how the equipment is utilized and not related to design or materials. Regards,

    Toolcat and Rust

Given all of Xfaxman and npartist's input, I find myself going back and forth between needing a telehandler and needing a Toolcat. I realize they are significantly different machines, but each has its potential benefits. Either will more than meet my basic needs, but the wife says I can get...

Copy all, thanks for all the input (and sorry to step on Mudninja's thread...I'm a dog guy, so I couldn't help commenting on your companion!). Regards,

First time in the snow - wonderful experience

Good to see both the TC in action and your partner enjoying the work! Plus, that mailbox had it coming! If you don't mind, I'm from FL, so I didn't grow up with having to deal with snow. Moving around with the military all my adult life, it's not been an issue, either. Retiring soon to NH...

Will the CUT let you know you're asking too much?

This has helped tremendously...thanks, all, for the once and future education.

Will the CUT let you know you're asking too much?

Thanks, all. The loader relief valve was the kind of thing I was thinking when I asked the question. If I understand correctly, for straight loading, the system will prevent you from exceeding the max pressure capacity via the pressure relief valve. That's good to know. A little offshoot...

Will the CUT let you know you're asking too much?

Tractor noob question. I've been watching videos of folks moving rocks and other stuff with their tractors, and some of it looks really surprising what they're asking of the equipment. Obviously they know best as it's their machine (and their risk) but I'm curious to know if I can screw it up...

    Third Function vs Remote Valve

Noob question...I'm one of those guys who doesn't mind asking when he doesn't understand something. The NX4510 comes standard with a 'single remote hydraulic valve'. Is a remote hydraulic valve the same as a third function valve? I think they are not, but looking for someone more educated...

Adding a grapple at time of purchase vs adding later

Apologies for a slight deviation, but my question is related. Anyone know if installing a kit yourself, whether a brand kit or a third party, impacts the warranty? Maybe it's dealer dependent? Thank you.

    CK3510/4010 hp difference

Thanks to both for your responses. Sounds like the hp difference is in the tuning. I'm not worried about hp...I'm trying to understand why one would be different with no reason apparent (to me). For what I will be doing, the 3.5 hp difference won't make a difference.

    CK3510/4010 hp difference

Howdy, all. Tractor noob, but I'll be getting one in the near future. Looking forward to learning from all of you. I'm debating between the CK3510 HST and 4010 HST. The only difference I can tell between the two (according to the specs sheet in the downloadable brochure), is a few gross...
