Just bought a 1998 4630 from a reseller. It appears to have been a state owner tractor so I have no history to go on.
The PTO starts and stops with the hand lever, but doesn't stop with the clutch depressed all the way down. Also when engaging the PTO with a bush hog attached it seems to start...
