Looking to change my oils. Bought a manual but it dont have capacity amounts in it. How much oil should i get. Also want to change the hydralic fliuds. Book says use Fnh 134. What is it really? Normal hydraluc fluid?

looking at a 2000 tc-29 4x4, with loader. its not pretty looking, scratches, faded paint, rust on loader arms etc... but doesnt seem to have been abused either. the dealer does not have any service records on it. there willing to let it go for 7500, my problum is it has 2800 hours on it...
