Yes, I had it load tested. I replaced both battery cables just now and the problem was solved. I had cleaned and replaced the terminals but since I was getting 12.5 volts at the starter I figured that I was OK. I never would have expected internal corrosion on such big wires.
I have a weird situation with my TC30. It won't crank unless i use a jumper pack. It has a new battery, starter, and ignition switch. Once it starts it runs fine but if I turn it off I need to use the jumper pack again. I have been looking for corrosion and have cleaned where the ground connects...
