The casting of my joystick plate has broken to pieces. It is a Besko part. Does anyone know where I can get this part.? It is the plate that connects to the joystick on the top and the hydraulic lines on the bottom

Can this tractor handle a 6' bush hog? Is this tractor smaller than a New Holland TC40 ? I have been looking at Kubotas and New Hollands and want to make sure I am comparing apples to apples. Thanks!
