When you have chaged fuel filter and such it says I need to take air out of tank as well. What is the proper level in the gas tank for this job? Or is it fuller the better. Will this work if there is less than a quarter tank?

gas was put in my ford 4610.It sat for 30 hrs before I noticed a spill under it.I was told it was turned over for 20-30 secs.Does this mean its really messed up or just some what.I drained the tank ,sludge bowl filter and fuel pump. Ihave no clue how to prime the pump so I can bleed the lines...

Help.Gas was dumped into my ford 4610.The tank was drained as well as the sludge bowl and filter.The injector pump was also drained and now this is my problem.I'm a new tractor guy so I'm learning as I go. please help:( how do I prime the injector?
