    Power steering pump

I looked at a John Deere 5310 this evening. It appears all the joints on the power steering pump are leaking oil. The steering did not work until more hydrolic oil was added to the tractor. The oil was not pouring out but leaked out both ends and in the middle. Has anyone seen this before on...

    john deere 2640 1978

What would be a fair price for a John Deere 2640 with a 146 front loader 1978 new paint job? Everything seems to work except the left brake and the key does not activate the starter every time, you have to turn the key several times for the starter to engage.

Will a John Deere Flex 71 do a good job planting Sorghum and Millet? How about a Cole or Covington?

Cole McNifty Gravity Flow 100 Fertilizer applicator

Is this a good investment for a small time or hobby farmer? I want to apply fertilizer directly in the row before planting or beside the plants as a side dress. Our sandy soil requires a couple of side dress applications.
