    New garage time!

Mine is a 1998 48v. They do make and sell rear bed kits for carts, or i wouldn't imagine it would be very expensive. My kit i think was factory, or maybe after market. It's injection molded plastic, I did not make it. It's a perfect fit though. There's about a 6" lift as well. I bought the...

    New garage time!

I did 10 roosters yesterday. It was pretty ugly. I didn't prep them. It's to much work. It took me over an hour to catch and kill the 10 that I did. Got my lock box finished. It's holding 20 bags of feed. Now I don't have to store the feed in the back of the truck to keep the mice away.

    Red Dyed Diesel

I've been running off road diesel in my 3 kubota's for years with no ill effects. Modern home heating oil is just ultra low sulfer #2 diesel with the red dye. I just had my guy fill up 2 drums with it that I'll use for tractors.

    New garage time!

I got my chicken cone of death up and ready. I was able to execute 2 roosters very effectively. Now that i know I can do it, next step is plucking and gutting, which is a whole other story. Also picked up a deck box from costco. Will stick chicken feed in it. God i love my cart. I do everything...

A little bird told me you might be needing power. I recently did a fairly deep dive into solar and took my house off grid for about $15k. I have 18kw of power available, or about 160a, and 90kwh battery, with 11kw of panels, for around 15k. I can run my well pump, ac, range, electric dryer...

    New garage time!

My 48v battery has a 200a bms, which means 10kw potential. That's a lot of juice. I could hold a 2kw generator to charge battery, then go to inverter, then to run pretty much anything.

    New garage time!

This is useful. I'm working on the solar racking and I can put the welder in the cart and drive where ever I need without lugging it around. I want to install an inverter so that I can power it right from the cart.

    New garage time!

I cleared a little track to take the kid on in the cart. I thought it was pretty flat, but I was wrong. I also learned that I desperately need new shocks. Fortunately all new shocks is only about $70 on amazon.

Weed wacker - extending string life

I've learned not to flinch when stuff hits me doing my welding in flip flops. Hot embers hitting my feet, legs, arms, and shoulders used to make me flinch. Sure there are going to be some burns but they're pretty small and don't last.

Weed wacker - extending string life

It's not that they get dull, they get short, since they're plastic they wear down. Also those worried about safety, I weedwack in flip flops, and in 5 years never had one come off. Their locking mechanism is solid.

Weed wacker - extending string life

I've got the 3 yellow blades on my weedwacker, I change them maybe once or twice a year. They're cheap and last a really long time unless i'm hitting something like concrete.

    New garage time!

What used to be 5 trips hauling 50lb bags on my shoulders, or 3 trips with the wheelbarrow over uneven ground, or going to the back to get hte kubota and put 5 bags in hte loader, to move 250lb chicken feed 75 yards, is now tossing 5 bags in the back of the cart and driving over.
