Loader FL7 Loader on CT2025 Doesn’t Seem to Meet Spec

If you find more information on the bypass problem let us know. I still don't get the proper curl on my machine but I almost always have the grapple and that's pretty heavy. I feel like the lift capacity is not up to snuff, but it's still pretty good.

    Suggestions on 20” pro saw

I bought a ms362 right around the start of COVID. I've worked that thing hard and it's been a great saw.

Help with cylinder placement on grapple

Here's a link to my build a couple of years ago. I too used cad to figure out the pivot angle and cylinder/ bracket placement. You can see the placement on the 2nd page of the post. Compact Tractor Grapple Build

Comparison CT2035 vs Kioti 3510 HST

I haven't had any issues except I had a loose radiator hose clamp that leaked one day but easy fix. I also haven't put as many hours on it as I thought I would, life has been busy for me between work and kids. I ended up with the CT2040 because the extra $500 for the 40 horse was minimal. I...

Who want to chat about plasma cutters?

My vote would be for a hypertherm, they make the best plasma cutters. I have a 45xp and it's been a great machine. Very frugal with consumables and runs on my compressor which is only 20gallon. I did add about 40 feet of copper pipe to cool the air and collect moisture. I've easily cut 3/8...

    Hydraulic top link

Does anyone know what the size is on the factory couplers for the rear remotes? Also, what length hose would work best for my new top link? This is for a CT2040.

    Ballast weight options for CT2025

When I bought my machine the dealer foam filled the tires for $500. It's slightly heavier than rim guard and my tires are now airless and puncture proof in the rear. That with a box blade is pretty good ballast. I can max out my loader capacity before the rear end gets too light.

    Back ordered equipment or parts?

My wife's Mazda CX-9 has a cracked block at 59k miles, just made the warranty. That was the end of September and we still don't know when we'll get a new engine. Every month they tell us 2 months more It could be worse, but she's driving a brand new loaner and we've put about 6k miles on it. I...

Loader FL7 Loader on CT2025 Doesn’t Seem to Meet Spec

I does look like the bulk of the weight was more forward than 20" in the above picture. The weight being shifted more will drastically decrease capacity. With that said I have the FL8 loader and I feel like it struggles with curl sometimes. I move some larger oak rounds with pallet forks and...

    Top and tilt for CT2025?

Did you end up getting one with check valves? I'd like to pick up the top and side link for my machine in the near future. What size hose did you end up using for connections?

    Comparison Seating

You won't have an issue with the height difference. I've been teaching my son (10) and daughter (14) how to drive the tractor and they can reach the pedals just fine. My son isn't even 5' yet and my daughter is only 5'2". My seat does move forward though and my son has to reach a bit for the...

    Free loader deal

My Bobcat dealer didn't add to the price like Kioti does if you want the financing. They actually gave me a flat 10% off the whole deal. The catch was if you chose financing and wanted 6 or 7 years you had to pay $1000 up front. With the 5 year there was some minor paperwork fees.

    Free loader deal

Ha! I just got my 15%, gloves and key chain. My wife says the gloves must be really good since they cost $30K.

    Free loader deal

Well you have to pay cash up front for the loader and they don't give you some of the other discounts I'm sure. Still save a bunch if you have the cash up front.
