I have a 1998 Kubota B1700 tractor with 570 hours on it. Recently it has been losing power, and even stalling as it seems starving for fuel. I have changed the sediment bowl fuel filter, and even a nearly new one doesn't make a difference. There is a tiny bit of water in the sediment bowl, but...
