Trying to determine if the hydro needs replacement or a rebuild ..if that is done.
I have a hill and the stx38 was shuttering going up the hill..I checked the oil and it was low..added what was required and I think that helped a bit..couldn"t see if the belt was slipping but it is relatively new...
