I just got a 2013 New Holland T1520 tractor and the power steering fluid is low. When I take the filler cap off, I can't see any fluid. The power steering works but it squeals a little when I turn the steering wheel. I don't have an owners manual and there isn't a dip stick to tell when the tank...
