3-point hitch will not lift. No unusual noise when it stopped working. The front loader still works. Can't find anything obvious. Does anyone have any ideas what may have happened?

There are two oil filling ports but only 1 drain in the front axle differential case. The manual says 1.1 quarts. Does this mean in each or total?

Just bought a Kubota L245DL. Looking for operators manual. Any suggestions?
