That is really excellent advice. Thanks. I did talk to a local farmer who deals with the local Kubota dealer and likes them. They are the only one close. He knows my property and what I want to do, and he also recommended the L3302.

Based on all the good advice I am getting, I agree that I will get more bang for the buck by skipping the expensive backhoe, and I am leaning toward an L series tractor with FEL, 3 function grapple, and a bush hog. A local friend and colleague has 50 acres and says I would be crazy to go less...

Quick question. Looks like the L2502 has lower engine HP and lower PTO HP than the B2601. Why choose a lower powered tractor?

It's on my list for sure. Right now I think it is between the B2601, the L2502, or one of the LX models.

Good questions. Will have to research that. Canada typically wants its share of taxes on anything though, so will be surprised if they don't charge tax.

Hello, I have a 10 acre parcel in coastal BC with about 1/2 the acreage cleared. The 5 cleared acres quickly overgrows with brambles (blackberries), broom, and heavy grass. The land is undulating and gently sloped. There is almost no flat "lawn". My needs are primarily for brush and heavy grass...
