Grapple ideas and how are these companies?

I have a Homestead - I love it. An issue with hydraulic hooks matching upon arrival - they handled it quickly and the problem was solved. Get a good one. I bought some lessor implements with fewer moving parts are requirements for technical build than a grapple and have been disappointed. I...

    Another backhoe question

I am a smaller property owner and have several tractors over the years and always have a BH for the exact reason Stonehaller referred to. You'll want the convenience if you've got a few hours here and there. I've used excavators, and my neighbor has a sweet little mini - no question they're...

Kubota BX2670 Fuel Filter Freezing up in Cold Weather

I'm originally from Alaska and had a Kubota up there. I lived in the "warmer" wetter Anchorage area and stored my tractor outside. I treated both my tractor and truck fuel all winter after similar issues with both.

John Deere 3033R Fuel shut off at filter broke off

I went with JD. The part was expensive and more than I needed, but it came within 48 hours and was delivered to my doorstep. JD = Expensive, but usually A+ service and quality. Pulled out stopcock valve and replaced it in 1 minute with almost little additional fuel loss. Thx for the suggestions.

John Deere 3033R Fuel shut off at filter broke off

The picture says it all. Plowing into crazy deep wet snow, and a "chunk" must have come up and popped this off. JD wants $180 for the entire fuel filter body vs. the replacement valve insert. The temp fix was the thread a small screw into the plastic to stop the leak and get the tractor into...

Tiller Vs Plow and Disk Etc

I have lots of dirt moving stuff. FEL/BH, Misc buckets, PHD, BB. The land and areas to be worked would be rectangular. I’ve got runs of about 330-400 feet but wouldn’t use all that space for gardening.

Tiller Vs Plow and Disk Etc

I live just north of Spokane WA with 5 acres of former wheat field. There is a sod covering of few years worth volunteer wheat, weeds etc. There is about 3 feet of sandy loam before you get to any real rocks. I would like to have an oversized garden 2 acres, plant fruit trees, berry etc...

    3-4 diameter auger for PTO

I ordered a Danuser auger and a hydraulic post pounder from them. Very excited to try this stuff out.

    3-4 diameter auger for PTO

I believe I need a round 2” attach. That skid steer adapters page opens up a whole new world. Thx all.

    3-4 diameter auger for PTO

I have a 9” auger and would like to set some “pilot” holes for some 4.25” rounds that I will be driving. Who makes a 3 or 4“ auger bit? I’m using a JD3033R w/ PHD300. Thx

    LS Grapple

I live in Deer Park and considering the Titan grapple for a JD3033 but am going back and forth because of stuff I see on line. Price is WAAY better than others. Still happy with yours?

    Cab for allergy suppression?

I was almost afraid of the response. What about power of the AC etc running. I’m assuming the 3039 will be just fine. The unit itself is overkill for my place to start with.

    Cab for allergy suppression?

I'm slowly escalating my tractor purchase...2032 then a 3033 now a 3039.. That's based on dirt work I have to get done and the retaining walls we're planning. My consideration now is a cab. I have allergies and will have to mow a 4.5-acre field now and then after significant dirt work and...

Flail Mower Let's talk flail mowers

I'm looking at flails too. How large of a unit can a JD2032r handle. <60"? There don't seem to many "small" flails out there.
