I have yet to find the right size replacement. So far I purchased a cheap one from Amazon, but it can fall off. It is a bit too big.

Are you going to remove the hard line to weld it? Looks like as much fun as the roof repair job I have going.

If you are not handy with building your own - heavyhitch.com sells a suitcase weight holder that is similar in concept to this. I don't usually have problems with clearance out back so I went with the bigtoolrack.com carryall. It also can come with a suitcase weight holder.

I wish I could find my owner's manual for the loader. I know it has the torque specs in it somewhere. Too bad the owners manuals are not in a sticky section of this site. Alternatively you can determine the size and pitch and grade of the bolts. Then it is easy to lookup on the internet. You...

I wonder is there any adjustment for how much angle the motor can sweep?

Yeah I may end up replacing the entire tank if the sun has eaten that plastic also. If the tank is still good I will first try to get a cap off Amazon. After all that, I plan to make a cover to keep the sun off.

I was thinking I need to adjust my rear wiper. After I replaced the rear window it goes farther on the right side of the window than the left. But it may be better that way because I look over my right shoulder most of the time when I look back.

Has anyone else come up with a better solution for a cap? I went to add washer fluid when I was working on the intermittent wiper project. The factory cap disintegrated when I removed it. I suspect the plastic is not uv resistant.

Thanks! Not sure it was worth the time (from a usefulness vs. time spent), but it was fun. That said - it was very nice to have last weekend when it was raining.

Here's what the switch looks like installed. I have not switched to intermittent for the rear window wiper.

To get the new switch to fit the hole in the console I had to make the one permanent modification. I cut the corners of the switch opening square.
