Is the Cushman 1600XD the same vehicle as a Kioti Mechron

I have a 2013 Cushman 1600XD in need of a radiator. I can't seem to find one, and Textron has a 90 day turn. I am thinking that if the Kioti Mechron is the same vehicle, I can use obtain a radiator quicker. Can someone help me out?
