    Putting the RX7340 to work

It has to do the responsiveness of shifting gears. I couldn't tell a big difference, but the Work mode is a little more jerkier. I found that if I had that response setting to the lowest that the tractor was trying to tear it self apart. When changing gears with the shuttle shift, after I would...

    Putting the RX7340 to work

Yes, I found the clutch and shuttle shift to be very jerky as well. Even called my dealer to discuss if there was a problem. I found that if I have the comfort clutch button pushed/engaged and then have the knob on the console (I think a response setting) set about in the halfway or the middle...

    RX7340 50-hour oil change

Finished my 50-hour service today. Ordered these filters from my dealer. Couldn't determine the part number on the factory ones because they had been painted over. The small filter is part # TD24-0257A, the large filter is part # TG14-0518A. What was odd is the large filter came with the housing...

    RX7340 50-hour oil change

The other day rolled over 50 hours on my 7340. Manual states need to replace the hydraulic filter and engine oil and filter at 50 hours. Looking under the tractor, the hydraulic filters are in a totally different location and there appears to be one small one and one large one now. Unfortunately...

    RX7340 Grill Mesh Guard

around $100, which I thought for an OEM product was very good.

    RX7340 Grill Mesh Guard

Kioti has an OEM grill mesh guard with the RX7340. It inserts into the grill guard that is included with the loader. No drilling, just attach with the 4 included bolts. Not sure the gauge but believe to be around 1/8" maybe 3/16" thick metal. Install took all of 5 minutes. -Craig

    RX7340 OEM Hydraulic Top Link

Got my OEM hydraulic top link today. First time getting OEM parts and installing them myself. They came very well packaged and individually wrapped and each bagged labeled. Instructions were decent but didn't need to be too extensive for a top link kit. I found the operation to be smooth and...

    RX7340 new and improved Hydraulics

No, I don't. Wasn't provided any of that, and don't see any part number on the valves themselves.

    Quick Hitch removal/installation

Wow Nostradamus. My OEM Kioti hydraulic top link for the RX7340 arrived at the dealership last week and plan to pick up this week. That will most likely be next post, the install and review of it.

    Quick Hitch removal/installation

It's cat 2. Not exactly sure the weight, but probably at least 200lbs.

    Quick Hitch removal/installation

File this under the work smarter not harder category. Using a jack to position, raise/lower the quick hitch really saves the back and makes it a breeze to install, remove and move around. -Craig

    Putting the RX7340 to work

I really like the tractor. I know it is the same horsepower as my previous 7320, but it's a totally different tractor. It just feels so much bigger. I know part of it is the cab is larger, but also the redesigned loader, and fender mud guards make it feel so much wider as well. The transmission...

    Putting the RX7340 to work

Spring is here, so can start putting the new tractor to work. Getting ready to put down some crabgrass preemergent. Got sprayer late last year as well, only used it once before to make sure it worked. First time using it to put chemical down as well. All went well, most challenging part is...

    RX7340 new and improved Hydraulics

The images in the post show the lever. Image one shows the lever up, image two shows the lever down. That whole lever and hose was in a different location on the mounting plate making it difficult to turn the lever.

    RX7340 loader storage tray

Did a mod on the storage tray in the loader on the RX7340. Added some felt padding to the inside of the tray to minimize noise and sliding around of items.
