I am a little late here, but there is a mesh screen at the back by the pto shaft that is held in by 2 bolts, check that. What I did was park on a pond bank with the tractor facing downhill so that i dont have to drain the fluid, but otherwise you will need to drain the fluid. Its clogged up...
