Does anyone know if a Ford 2610 has a hole or vent to the clutch flywheel? If so, can you describe where it is?

My Ford 2610 has been sitting for several months due to our move and the clutch is stuck. When I depress the clutch pedal, the tractor is still in gear and will not stop. I have tried blocking the clutch pedal for a few days and the clutch is still stuck, so no luck there. This happened to me...
